Issue with Magnetometer sensor readings

Hi,

I'm using LIS2MDL breakout board for my magnetometer readings and when I try to read it to the serial terminal, I get junk magnetometer readings, but I couldn't able to figure out the reason, I tired to change the baud rate for the serial terminal but still unable to figure it out.

These are the junk values.
