Support csv, excel, json and other filetypes supported by duckdb

I like the UX of this extension, being able to do some quick filtering on a Parquet file etc. using SQL is nice. DuckDB also supports other files types, could this extension support those as well? Or do you think it would be a better idea to create a fork with a different name? I don't know how to go about it, but in theory it sounds not so difficult.

Technically this already works in the current version but it would be nice to do it by clicking on a file in the UI:

Would love this! Currently use Libre Office and Rainbow CSV extension to view CSVs in my dev workflow, and neither are as good as this extension, even in its current rather bare-bones state.

CSV is the one I would target first.

Neat! That one looks like it has a few nice features, but also a few problematic quirks, compared to mine. I've opened a few issues over on that repo with suggestions/bugs I noticed as I gave it a try.
