[BUG]: flaky backend tests

Description

Backend tests fail sometimes because they expect a differentid

examples:

• refactor(backend/mixins): make AggregateQuerysetMixin more readable #148

2. run tests
3. rerun tests

This is getting increasingly more annoying :c
