Specifically, the "udev-rules" flag is not implemented in older versions of genkernel.
This breaks installing debian-sources on any machine which did not update genkernel, so this needs to be at least in BDEPEND

EAPI 8 allows us to explicitly depend on sys-kernel/genkernel::adjust , so that is another option but it means using EAPI 8...
Running Portage:configure on the host will mask sys-kernel/genkernel::gentoo for now at least. But leave this with me.
