Detailed explanation of the concise and self-evident metaphor, for the course of human events has been forgotten:

I will pay one bitcoin [that is, one hundred million units of the currency] for a single pull request, in exclusively-either this repository, exclusive-or the one containing the issues linked above, and explicitly not both, with extreme prejudice, that implements the changes that cause the expectations expressed in the issue descriptions to be satisfied.

edit: the markets have moved significantly, and the originally noted amount is no longer a viable bounty for me to pledge
