Hi,

I'm curious if tailfindr is compatible with RNA004 direct RNA kits? I know ONT's dorado now has the option to estimate poly(A) while basecalling but I'm keen to compare their estimations with tailfindr if possible (as well as between RNA002 and RNA004).
