Issue: Moving your mouse slowly up from below the menu to the top menu item causes the menu to repeatedly flash. The menu remains usable, but it is a bit annoying.

Test on OS: Windows 10 Pro Version 1803

Found in: Chrome Version 72.0.3626.121 (Official Build) (64-bit), Brave Version 0.60.48 Chromium: 72.0.3626.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Tested and not found in: Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0 & Firefox 65.0.2 (64-bit)
