[i18n] CCJK and High ASCII characters are displayed as unicode in Preview link in Options

CCJK and High ASCII characters are displayed as unicode in Preview link in Options

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install exrension
2. Go to Options
3. Paste CCJK / High ASCII characters in Organization name and Site name fields (―ソ噂十申表 , ąężńśćóź )
4. Click on Add button

Expected behavior
CCJK and High ASCII characters are correctly displayed in Preview link. If CCJK and High ASCII characters are not allowed in Organization / Site name, then error should be displayed when user tries to create project with invalid characters in name
