A few compatibility issues with recent cairo

[HinTak]

While building -DLIB_ONLY=ON just works (except #186 ) , it is not the default. The example requires c++ 17.

So this is the last of the 3 compatibility issues I found, trying to build svg-native-viewer with current cairo and current-ish skia.
