Steps

dep ensure inside go-event root folder
Start psql service
Execute cockroach start --insecure --listen-addr=localhost
Execute go run cmd/go-event/main.go
Start mongoDB service (see config/mongo)
Start RabbitMQ service (see config/rabbitmq)
