To add an infant to your already booked Aeromexico Airlines flight, follow these steps:

  1. Determine the Infant’s Travel Type
    • Lap Infant (Under 2 Years Old) – Travels free on domestic flights when seated on an adult’s lap.
    • Infant with a Seat – Requires a paid ticket and an FAA-approved car seat.
  2. Add the Infant to Your Booking call Call Customer Service: 1 (866-284-3022)
    • Option 1: Online (Manage My Booking)
    • Visit Aeromexico Airlines website.
    • Click on “Manage My Booking” and enter your details.
    • Look for the option to add an infant and follow the prompts.
    • Option 2: Call Aeromexico Airlines Customer Service

  3. Provide Necessary Documents
    • Birth certificate or proof of age may be required at check-in.
    • For international travel, ensure the infant has a valid passport.
  4. Pay Any Applicable Fees
    • Domestic flights: Lap infants travel free (taxes may apply).
    • International flights: Fees and taxes may apply even for lap infants.
    • If purchasing a separate seat, you’ll pay the current fare for that seat.
