Title of tab does not update (when you close an ssh connection for example)

When I open a ssh connection, the title of the tab changes (as expected) but when I close it, it does not go back to 'zsh'. This behavior also happens when I launch python in the shell for example, the title does not go back to 'zsh' after I close it.
