[DOC] Add search/sort functionality for estimator overview table.

Describe the issue linked to the documentation

We would like to add the functionality to search and/or sort the estimator overview table added in PR #1426.

Ideally, the results would be similar to using datatables, but I couldn't manage to make it work on readthedocs.
Someone more competent than me with CSS/JS stuff would probably manage to make it work fine, so It can be a good solution.

Otherwise a search bar was implemented in 0.3 for this purpose and we could probably re-use it. See following links :
