Thank you very much to your team for providing such an excellent tool!
Currently, I am using version SCENIC+ 1.0a2, and I successfully ran it using snamake. All the results have been output. However, I encountered a problem: How to find the motif name corresponding to TFs_direct_+/+(10g) such as ARID5B_direct+/+_(10g) in SCENIC+ 1.0a2?
In the previous version, pyscenic provided an output table with motifs corresponding to TFs as well as downstream genes, but I cannot find such a result in SCENIC+ 1.0a2. Could you please help me solve this issue?
Thank you very much! Best regards.

I re-investigated the results, and it seems that the tfs-motif-region are stored in the cistromes_direct.h5ad output file.
