インターフェイスと内部での関数呼び出しを分離して複数バージョンで使えるようにする

もしくはコアのバージョンに対応するタグを打ってもいいかもしれない
つまり、v0.15.0に対応するnanodaのバージョンはv0.15.0になる、という具合

なお、同等の機構はcubism-goで実装している例があるので、参考にする
