Use ruby-2.0

We're about to deploy application on heroku, which use ruby-2.0 as
default. So should we.

I can confirm app run on 2.0 without any problem, since I use it as
system ruby and run the app through it.

So basically, it's just about changing rvm version and specifying ruby
version in gemfile.
