Describe the bug
When pressed enter on smartphone don't form the character tag / scenario state
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Scenarios' on ANDROID
Create a new event
Try to use enter to form tags/states
See error

Expected behavior
When pressed enter to form the tags.

Smartphone:

Device: wont tell
OS: Android 11
Browser Google Chrome
