Hi Ahatamiz,
I want to use your model in pancreas cancer detection. I have trained your model with pancreas data, but at the training dice score was to much less (less than 0.01). I have trained the model the command: 'python main.py --train_status=1 --img_resize=512 --batch_size=1'
How to inference your model ?
Can you suggest, is this model is feasible for pancreas data ? Is there any parameter need to change for pancreas data?
