Support for NovelKeys Big Switches

As described up in the title, cutouts, spacing and all. I think it's a logical extension of the keeb builder, considering it's also a relatively standard switch.

If you have the dimensions for the cutouts, feel free to submit a pull request - it should be fairly simple to add it in.
If you're uncomfortable with editing the files yourself, I might tackle it someday - although I'll only be able to add them in when I can find the time.
