Video guide is not matching with the procedure in the documentation

While I was going through the video for deploying Jupyterlab with Operate first. I observed that the guide in the video is not matching the new updated procedure for deploying jupyterlab with Operate First.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Making a new updated video as a demo showing the steps to deploy jupyterlab.
