Hi All,

Since the weights are owned by the repo of GANLatentDiscovery, I am sorry
that we cannot distribute it on our website. However, I have tried to download the
weight using the command in the ./GANLatentDiscovery/download_weights.sh

wget https://www.dropbox.com/s/zte4oein08ajsij/pretrained_biggan.tar

The link is still alive and I can download the weights. In this case, I would suggest to download it using the above command directly or try the VPN service to download the weight again. Hope this help.
