Move materials and docs from other repos and centralise ECR resources.

There are resources in:
- https://github.com/aim-rsf/Event-Materials
- https://github.com/aim-rsf/community-management
- https://github.com/aim-rsf/training

Some of these are private repos, need to look what type of info can be moved to centralise them in a single place.
