Action for toggling the “Schedule” option of mail accounts

Relaying from a user without a github account:

An option I'd consider useful would be toggling the “Schedule” option of mail accounts (as available as a toggle switch under “Accounts” → “Other mail account” → “Schedule”, not the sync behavior).
