Thank you very much for providing this code. In the installation process. After I run the docker, and run the main.py. The system will show the following error.

Xhost is not connected properly. What is the output of
echo $DISPLAY

FYI: please also see the documentation in Litmod_usage_GUI.pdf

I can see that you have made an environment for the litmod if you are using docker way than you do not need that. Docker image comes with everything you need and most probably xhost could not connect properly since you running the docker image from inside the environment.
