chore: Create additional tests to cover larger multi-node (9+) scenarios combined with cluster sharding

We currently test against both generalized and specific clustering chaos scenarios, but we do not have many chaos tests that handle a combination of clustering and cluster sharding. We need to make sure that a large cluster that is actively and inactively sharding is tested against network outages. So, it would be SBR with sharding.

While adding these tests, if it seems that any other areas of clustering could be tested then we should add those tests as well
