I can't find the option for encryptionAtRest configuration. Is it not yet supported? We need to configure it with AWS KMS and in the future with Azure Vault. See API here: https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/reference/api/enable-configure-encryptionatrest/

I would also like to stress the need for this as I would like to plan on using this work to build multiple clusters in multiple projects with encryption at rest.

BTW, this project is awesome and I appreciate all the work you've put into maintaining it.
