[FEATURE] - Add Support for other billing currencies

Feature Summary

A user should be able to select the billing currency when creating the invoice. Currently, the invoice is preset to USD currency.

Use Case

Customers prefer invoices generated in local currency, for tax purposes.

Proposed Solution

Standard Currency Symbols have 3 Characters, so this woudn’t affect the spacing.

Present the option of selecting the currency. Please see the image provided.

The default option is USD

I was trying to generate one in KES when the issue came up.
