Use of uninitialized value in hash element when

I am working on using this script to monitor a set of mysql server.

I have two set of mysql running in two environments.
one of them are facing some issue, which will always be desync / brain splitted once a week.
When I compare the output, found out that the warning will warn only if the server status is not normal, e.g StandAlone.
It does not affect the accuracy of the script, however, since I am also running a program to grep the output from nagios and insert to a DB for further usage, I am not be able to get the one line output and got the warning in DB instead.
