如题 我的想法是比如设置拥有某点权限的人可以跳过服务器的强制绑定 我认为他很有用 例如java走皮肤站+be走floodgate的结构上 java玩家已经留过联系方式了（在皮肤站内的邮箱）没有必要再绑定一次了 而目前貌似没有这样的功能 所以希望添加这样的功能
