MATLAB Open Source Finite Element Codes for use in Geosciences
Open-GeoNabla requires the installation of the following packages in order to run:
- MILAMIN utilities (Mutils-0.4.2) available at https://sourceforge.net/projects/milamin/files/
- TetGen mesh generator (version 1.5.0) available at http://wias-berlin.de/software/tetgen/download2.jsp
- S2 Sampling Toolbox available at https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/37004-suite-of-functions-to-perform-uniform-sampling-of-a-sphere
The required packages must be placed in the folder CODES/ext_libr/, such as:
- CODES/ext_libr/mutils-0.4-2
- CODES/ext_libr/S2 Sampling Suite
- CODES/ext_libr/tetgen1.5.0
Mutils and TetGen may require a compilation of the source code (see respective software documentations).
