Improve Privacy and Security for Macs

Due to a vulnerability in WebKit (the engine for Safari), here is some free and easy ways to stay secure in Safari. Also, some free ways to stay secure in general for SIP-disabled Macs (this will make you Mac secure for malware but not as Robust as Apple’s software)

Safari (easiest)
(Optional) - Download a different browser

Enable: Advanced Fingerprinting and Tracking Protection: This will protect your privacy against trackers (like Google), Feature Flags (HTTPS-Only, Upgrade IP Addresses in Mixed Content), EnhancedSecurity Heuristics).
Download: NextDNS and 1Blocker (This acts similar to Private Relay but acts as your privacy shield against trackers and adware, also works OS wide to protect your from malware)

Lulu - Outbound Firewall
KnockKnock - Scans your Mac for Viruses
BlockBlock - An ongoing malware protector, lightweight on OS
Ransomwhere - Excellent against Ransomware (optional but excellent for cyber security!
Oversight - Protects your from being spied in FaceTime calls.

These won’t protect you 100% as if you have SIP enabled however, you will be significantly more secure than you would if these weren’t enabled.
