According to PNPM's official documentation, it is possible to prevent the usage of other package managers (e.g., Yarn, NPM) via a preinstall hook. However, this isn't working due to a poorly-documented NPM breaking change introduced in version 7:

It seems not work using pnpm and preinstall script.
[BUG] Preinstall script runs after installing dependencies.
