In the IDE these are Ctrl+Alt+[ and Ctrl+Alt+]. I use these a lot, would be nice to have them. I think it'd be reasonable to map them by default since they aren't common shortcuts.

Recording this issue for my own benefit, as I expect to be taking this on.
