I truly appreciate the work you’ve shared with the community—it has been incredibly helpful for my research.

I was wondering if you might have plans to provide, or would be willing to share, a version adapted for nnU-Net v2. Given the enhancements in nnU-Net v2, such an update would be immensely valuable for those of us working on more recent pipelines.

If such a version is available or under development, I would be very grateful if you could share it or provide any guidance on migrating your current codebase to v2.

Thank you very much for your interest in this work—I’m glad to hear it has been valuable to you. Unfortunately, I no longer have the initially fragmented dataset predictions. However, I have trained several MONAI models on the dataset and plan to release them soon (It's pretty busy atm with other projects), along with an easy-to-use command-line interface. If it would benefit the community, we also could train an nnUNetV2 model on the dataset in its current form and provide that
