We still use this plugin in production - it hasn't required much (any?) further work since its initial commit. I haven't tested this on versions after 1.5.1, so it may cause problems on 2.x.x. I also can't guarantee that the EAD/MARCXML outputs will match your local standards, and there's no EAD3 support for this. Otherwise, it should be good to go!
