Adding punctuation to a word means it will fail to get matched. #3

Not sure how big an issue this is. Certainly once you're aware of it you can work around it. But adding punctuation after a word causes it not to be matched, for example when correcting:

"medicine is remarkable"

to

"medicine, this is a remarkable"

it won't match the word 'medicine', so hitting [Enter] has no effect.
