Add very basic Styling option

Hey, I appreciate your efforts. It seems to be working already pretty well. 
Personally I won't use it since the styling is too different from the basic Anki. I just want a very basic addon to enable Markdown but nothing more. I don't need some fancy boxes with colors, just pure Anki as much as possible, so other decks with other Cards don't look crazy different.
