Connect timeout for 3000ms, please increase the timeout or reduce the partSize

目前的使用场景里会有较大并发调用store.get(name,{timeout:3000})，约50-100QPS，其中有概率会大量报上述错误，请问是哪里的问题？是服务器性能不够吗，还是oss的问题，还是sdk的问题？

尝试调大到120000ms，也会有概率批量报错。
