Setup telemetry on my groot based stack

Hello, Im trying to setup telemetry support on my graphscope-store installation (groot).

I have otel.enabled set to true in the values.yaml, but Im getting errors like

io.opentelemetry.sdk.internal.ThrottlingLogger doLog
WARNING: Failed to export spans. Server responded with gRPC status code 2. Error message: Failed to connect to <endpoint:port>

Are there any pointers/working examples? Thanks.
