求一种可以离线安装依赖资源并运行脚本的方式

脚本支持本地文件路径下载好之后改成 file:// 协议就可以了。
framework 可以在线跑一下。
拷贝 ~/.pipcook 目录和脚本到离线环境就可以运行了
