IP route add issue #691

Hi,

When i connect UE to the magma core, UERANSIM adds a route like
169.254.0.0/16 dev uesimtun0

whereas the ip my UE got assigned was in range 192.168.x.x.

Any idea why is it putting 169.254.x.x.

Any suggestions are welcome.
