Persian Gulf colour missing

Thanks for the good work in collecting Persian colours!

In my brief look, I couldn't find the Persian Gulf colour. You can find out about the colour here.

The RGB values for True Value F317 Persian Gulf are 94, 152, 155 and the HEX code is #5E989B. The LRV for True Value F317 Persian Gulf is 27.09. The LRV stands for Light Reflectance Value and measures the percentage of light that a color reflects.

Hi! I'm glad you like the work. I've collected many more Persian colors but I can't publish them until I come up with an optimal scheme to name them. I've developed a personal application for this purpose and hopefully, the new collection will be published soon.

Regarding the color you've suggested, there is also another color named "Persian Gulf". There are even more complicated cases. For instance, I've collected seven colors classified as "Persian blue" in English and four more in French culture. Your suggested color is distinct enough to be added to the collection but to avoid confusion, colors will be named according to a different scheme. After all, having a rich collection of Persian colors is the aim and not the names ;) Thanks and all the best to you!
