Using Python 3.10 on WSL/Ubuntu, I get this error message when attempting to install:
error in suds-jurko setup command: use_2to3 is invalid.

I get a similar error when attempting to build:
error: Setup script exited with error in suds-jurko setup command: use_2to3 is invalid.
