离线下载工具初始化错误

init tool aria2 failed
init tool qBittorrent failed
我使用的是xhofe/alist-aria2这个镜像，包含了aria2，但是不知道是不是启动顺序时间和检测时机的问题，会偶尔报偶尔初始化错误，另外并没有使用到qBittorrent，这个是每次都会报。
查询文档也没有看到有什么环境变量来禁用启用这两个离线下载，所以提这个issue，希望能提供一个环境变量，或者图形选项来禁用，避免需要反复启动才能没有报错。就像那个S3一样，原先经常启动错误，我看issue和新的界面里面有默认禁用。
另外感谢大佬们贡献这个好用的工具

很明显port6800没有被aria2监听。

所以离线下载用不了了，这应该算初始化错误吧。关键这是docker启动的，所以说可能有什么设计上的问题。
