在观看我的阿勒泰时，出现按下暂停后画面下移，超出画布导致部分内容不可见。多集视频均稳定复现，并非单集问题。

已本地部署 artplayer 5.1.6 测试，可以复现，遂本地部署 alist 内置版本 5.0.9 ，本地测试也稳定复现。alist 中使用阿里云在线和video直链播放均稳定复现。
