I'm growing increasingly concerned the all-contributors project as a whole is unmaintained. The core CLI that underlies everything has had no interaction on any PRs in years, see all-contributors/cli#364

@jakebolam set the website up when he was active in this project. I'm unsure if I have access to the relevant accounts, so I'm not sure where to start, as I'm getting back into GH OSS stuff.
