registration is failing on captcha-validation #4

Register an Account
Validate your E-Mail
Tick the Box "I am not a Robot"
Select the pictures that fit the description
Submit the selection
If the selection was correct, you will be redirected to the registration page and an Error message is shown: "Internal Server Error: M_UNKNOWN".

CAPTCHAs were also disabled due to poor accessibility for blind mobile users.
