WEB: Unable to set prices with more than 4 decimals #239

Description
In normal circumstances you don't need/have to set more than 4 decimals for the price, but with cryptos like SHIB you do.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://app.alpaca.markets
Create a Limit Order for SHIB/USD
Try to set the price to 0.000013

Expected behavior
It should allow us to enter more than 4 decimals in this case.

OS: Ubuntu 22.04
Browser: Firefox
Version: 104
