Stop shipping bindED with the profiles package #143

… for two reasons:

In the past there have been times where bindED releases were more frequent than profiles releases; installing the profiles would have overwritten the newer bindED version. I literally once pushed a release just to bump the included bindED.
With this + the Python scripts nuked I can run the full release build/cycle on Github Actions instead of having to build the release package manually. That has caused problems in the past.
