Mount Fuse filesystem

I would like to mount the Fuse filesystem, as it worked with pyfilesystem original version:

Hi @frossigneux, the FUSE implementation is working, but it's not that great (mostly because of the ctypes wrapper that makes it hard to code in Python, I may try a cython implementation sometimes later).

The dokan code was implemented in merlink01/pyfilesystem2, but I did not have time to review and integrate it to fs.expose, and I won't have time until 2+ weeks.
